15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with NeuralRun within 15 calendar days of your first paid purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
1.The 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident about your purchase. If, within 15 calendar days of your first paid purchase, you decide the Services aren't right for you, contact us and we'll refund the full amount you paid.
2.What's Covered
The 15-day guarantee covers:
- Your first Neuron pack purchase, in full, whether or not you've used any of the Neurons.
- Your first paid subscription, refunded in full for the initial billing period if requested within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Refund is to the original payment method, in the same currency in which you paid.
3.What's Not Covered
The 15-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Second or subsequent Neuron pack purchases on the same account.
- Subscription renewals — only the initial billing period qualifies. Automatic renewals after your first 15 days are non-refundable (see Section 6).
- Purchases older than 15 calendar days, measured from the purchase date shown on your payment receipt.
- Accounts terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service, including API abuse, botting, or violations of Google's Acceptable Use Policy. See ToS Section 10.
- Chargebacks initiated before contacting us — please email us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
- Bonus, promotional, or gifted Neurons — only Neurons you actually paid for are subject to refund.
4.How to Request a Refund
Send an email to admin@neuralrun.app from the email address tied to your NeuralRun account. To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- The email address on your NeuralRun account;
- The order or transaction ID from your payment receipt;
- The approximate purchase date; and
- Optionally, a brief reason — helpful feedback for us, but never required.
We'll acknowledge your request within two (2) business days.
5.Processing & Timeline
All payments are handled by our payment provider, acting as our Merchant of Record ("MoR"). Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider back to the original payment method you used for the purchase. From the moment we approve a refund:
- Typical bank/card processing time: 5–10 business days.
- PayPal: usually within 1–3 business days.
- Currency: refunded in the same currency as the original charge. Any FX or bank fees imposed by your card issuer are outside our control.
6.Subscriptions & Cancellation
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Your initial billing period is covered by the 15-day guarantee under Section 1.
- You can cancel at any time from your account — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the period you are currently in.
- Automatic renewals after the initial 15-day window are non-refundable, including for unused time after you cancel. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
7.Fair Use & Anti-Abuse
The 15-day guarantee exists to protect customers who genuinely want to try the Services. To protect against abuse, we reserve the right to deny or reverse a refund, and to suspend or terminate the relevant account, where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent or abusive. Examples include:
- A pattern of buy, consume, refund, repeat — whether on a single account or across multiple accounts you control;
- Refund requests tied to accounts created principally to harvest Neurons;
- Refund requests following a violation of the Terms of Service, such as API abuse, botting, or violation of Google's Acceptable Use Policy.
The 15-day guarantee is limited to one refund per account, per lifetime.
8.Your Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy is offered in addition to — not instead of — any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
For consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. This right is often waived when delivery of the digital content begins with your consent before the withdrawal period ends, which is the case when you start using the Services or consume Neurons. Our 15-day money-back guarantee is intentionally more generous, so in practice it provides equivalent or stronger protection than that statutory withdrawal right.
Where any mandatory consumer-protection law gives you broader refund or withdrawal rights than this policy, those rights prevail to the extent they apply.
9.After the 15-Day Window
Once the 15-day window has passed, our standard refund position under Terms of Service § 8 applies: all sales are final, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Specifically:
- Neurons that have been used are non-refundable;
- Elapsed and current subscription periods are non-refundable;
- We do not provide refunds for accounts terminated due to a violation of the Terms.
If you experience a billing error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us. We will investigate and, where we agree an error occurred, correct it, regardless of the 15-day window.
10.Changes & Contact
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date; they do not retroactively reduce protection on purchases already made.
